Qualifications & Skill · Strong verbal and written communication skills; Previous customer facing experience is an asset · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting · 1 to 3 years’ experience · Previous accounting experience is an asset · Ability to learn, adapt and change · High accuracy with attention to detail · Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Position Responsibilities Expense Management · Receive, verify, and reconcile invoices · Arrange and process payments for domestic and offshore vendors · Track, analyze and report on key expense areas Credit and Accounts Receivable · Set up customer account and perform credit checks · Receive and process inbound payments · Monitor, review and follow up on past-due invoices · Respond and resolve customer inquiries * All other duties as assigned
