Contest Rules

Whereas;

· Win a meet and greet with Oilers player Ryan McLeod (the “Contest”)

· Official Contest Rules (the "Rules")

· Levelwear Inc. (the “Contest Administrator”)

 

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO BE ENTERED INTO CONTEST.

BY ENTERING YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MARKETING EMAILS ON THE LATEST LEVELWEAR STYLES AND EXCLUSIVE DEALS. AN UNSUSCRIBE OPTION IS AVAILABLE.

• Contest Period: The Contest period begins March 3, 2023 at 12:00 AM EST and ends March 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST (the "Contest Period").

• Eligible entry: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older.

• How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter the Contest. During the Contest Period, an Entrant must fully complete all mandatory fields on the online entry form to enter contest. The online entry form requires the Entrant to: enter his/her full name and valid email address.

• Prize: There is a total of 1 prize that you are eligible to win that includes:

1. Attend a meet and greet with Oilers player Ryan McLeod on Saturday April 1st at Rogers Place in Edmonton from 11:15PM-12:15PM MST.

2. A $350 gift card to use towards Levelwear.com.

 

• Winner Notification: Winners will be chosen at random and contacted via email by March 6, 2023.

• Prize Substitution: Any prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Contest Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify any prize with (a) prize(s) of equal or greater value for any reason.

• Modification/Termination: Subject to applicable law, the Contest Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, or modify the Rules of the Contest at any time without notice if fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or communications or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of the Contest Administrator corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator.
