Return Policy

At Levelwear, we value your satisfaction with our products and understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. We have revised our return policy to provide you with more flexibility, effective immediately.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. The return and exchange window for all eligible items is 30 days from the date your order is shipped.
  2. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the products to us. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  3. Upon receiving the returned item(s), there will be an inspection to ensure they are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Once the inspection is complete, we will reimburse your credit card with the original amount paid for the item(s).
  4. For exchanges, please allow 1-5 business days after the product is received at our warehouse for the exchange to be processed and the new item(s) to be shipped.

Final Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. 

Restocking Fees: Orders over $750.00 are subject to restocking fees up to 25%, Orders over $1500.00 are subject to restocking fees up to 50%. If you are unsure about restocking fees prior to your order, please contact us. Once an order is placed it is finalized.  No restocking fees on orders below $750.00.

Shipping Policy

Levelwear is happy to offer multiple shipping options for our customer's convenience. 

We make it our duty to deliver your package as soon as possible. On top of that, we offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all qualifying orders over $100. Typically, orders are shipped from our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario, 3-5 business days after the order was placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Please note that during peak seasons and around the holidays, additional time may be required to ensure your package reaches you safely. Orders are submitted directly into production, we are unable to modify or cancel your order during the processing and shipping period.
